historic downtown village of Wakefield. Kingston, another of South Kingstown's
fourteen villages, is home of the University of Rhode Island. The
spectacular 7,700 seat Thomas M. Ryan Center hosts events from
basketball and the circus to classical music performances and fine
music. The Kingston Train Station with Amtrak service for the Northeast corridor, is also located in Kingston, and the Rhode Island Railroad Museum is located in the train station building. There is always something to do in South Kingstown, this Southern Rhode Island town has it all, with events
