Champagne & Oysters

  • Come experience all the great food right outside our front door, sitting on the Rhode Island salt ponds the Inn is one of the best places to try fresh local oysters. During this event, we will serve two delicious varieties of shucked oysters and instructions to those who would like to try their own hand at shucking. Enjoy oysters on the half shell alongside hand-picked wine pairings, and discuss why certain wines pair well with these delectable mollusks. Our naturalist will also be on hand to discuss the natural and human history of the native oyster and describe how they farmed today. 5:30pm; $60/person(plus tax & gratuity).
