His breathtaking portrayals of quahogs and oysters have earned him comparisons to Georgia O’Keeffe, but with a distinctly coastal twist. In addition to his work as a painter, Eric is a Senior Fellow at the Rhode Island Coastal Institute at the University of Rhode Island, Bay Campus, where his deep connection to the natural world informs much of his artistry.
