Memorial Day weekend means the summer season is about to begin, and what better way to welcome the season than with a festive BBQ overlooking the Pond. Using a custom-made smoker, Chef and his team will prepare a feast of succulent Texas brisket, Carolina pulled pork, Cajun-rubbed chicken, St. Louis ribs, and more truly authentic BBQ favorites, plus a bountiful selection of summery sides. Refreshing house beer and wine, and s’mores under the stars is included, making this a Pondside celebration you’ll remember for years to come.
