Santa Margherita Pasta Cooking Class

At the Inn, the chefs have a passion for pasta, proudly featuring hand-made pasta dishes on The Restaurant’s menus daily, from conchiglie to gnocchi, pappardelle to rigatoni, tortellini to fusilli! They delighted to share our pasta recipes and pasta-making techniques with you this winter, with Saturday pasta classes. While you sip on a glass of Italian wine from Santa Margherita wine, Chef will teach and cook a satisfying lunch of one of the pastas being featured in The Restaurant that day. It’s a warm and wonderful way to spend a Saturday at the Inn. Please note this event is non-refundable.
