SANTO TACO

Santo Taco was opened by Brothers Roberto and Ernesto Leon. The restaurant was inspired by the taquerias they know from their family’s home state of Jalisco and their travels all over Mexico. 'Santo' translates to 'Saint' in English, and the name was also inspired by one of Mexico‘s most iconic Luchador (Mexican wrestler). The brothers saw an opportunity for something they found missing in Coventry, a cool taco place. Roberto & Ernesto wanted to bring Good Mexican street food and culture to the area.
