Wakefield, RI Are you looking for an elegant, affordable and memorable location for your wedding? If so, please join us Sunday, January 11, 2009 for the 2nd Annual South County Bridal Show. The South County Tourism Council and Southern New England Weddings will host a spectacular event displaying South County's finest vendors in the wedding industry at The Towers, 35 Ocean Road in Narragansett, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. In an intimate setting, these wedding specialists will assist you in every detail of your wedding needs from start to finish. You can view displays of beautiful wedding sites, talk with caterers and sample their food, see portfolios by outstanding photographers and videographers, look at gowns displayed by strolling models, find out about various B & B's in the area and other local vendors for your South County wedding. All attendees will be entered into a drawing for a bridal gown and other prizes. Brides will receive a complimentary copy of the South County Wedding Planner and the 2009 issue of Southern New England Weddings magazine.

The show will highlight the South County region as an ideal place for a destination wedding, rehearsal dinner or shower affordable and distinctive. According to Southern New England Weddings, weddings continue to be smaller, more intimate ceremonies. Outdoor weddings with tents in parks, beaches and backyards are growing in popularity, as is the inclusion of cultural traditions.
