Room rates based on double occupancy and vary by room type and time of reservation. Package excludes alcohol (unless otherwise noted), tax, gratuity, and resort fee. Limit two people per package. Not applicable to groups, and cannot be applied to current reservations. All reservations require a $100 non-refundable deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee and cancellations must be received more than 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge to your credit card equal to 50% of the full stay or 100% of a one night stay. Rates subject to change and additional fees may apply. Excludes Holidays & Blackout dates apply.

Cancellation Policy:

Stays in September through June: Cancellations made more than 14 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their one-night rate deposit less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.

Stays in July and August: Cancellations made more than 30 days of the arrival date will receive the return of their one-night rate deposit less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.

Exceptions: Cancellation fees will be waived if written confirmation from an accredited physician is provided, relating to the guest’s condition and recommendation that it is not safe for the guest to travel.
