When Bart and his partner Sally opened the first Bluebird Café in New Orleans in I987, ( original location: 3625 Prytania Street New Orleans, LA) their concept was to offer the best freshly prepared food, made from scratch, at affordable prices. Through the years, many changes have been made; however, the concept and love of fresh food have remained the same.
