The General Stanton began receiving guests in 1740, making it one of the oldest Inns in America. George Washington, Chester Arthur, Teddy Roosevelt and George H.W. Bush are among the Inn’s most famous guests which also included Al Capone and John Rockefeller. The Inn’s large dining rooms, 15 guest rooms and on-site parking make it a perfect venue for weddings and corporate events.
