With a new location opening in Westerly, Nana’s is an organic bakery and pizza shop and bar, offering naturally leavened dough using regional and sustainably grown grains. We bake our breads and pastries fresh daily after a long, slow overnight cold fermentation to develop flavor and improve nutrition. Using the fantastic mold koji, grown by our sister company Moromi Shoyu, we leverage flavor and amplify umami in our pizzas, drinks, and baked goods. We serve organic espresso by Canyon Coffee, organic tea by Leaves and Flowers, and housemade kombucha. Our small but mighty bar serves organic wine, local beer, and cocktails.
