Ninigret Pond has been home to this marina, boatyard & shellfish spot for over 60 years. Located in Charlestown, Rhode Island, Ninigret Landing (formerly known as Lavin’s) affords ocean access in a beautiful salt pond setting. We offer over 60 seasonal and transient slips with fresh water, boatyard storage & service, a fuel dock, and outdoor hot water shower area, and straight-forward boating support for fishermen, tourists and locals alike. The Landing also offers two cottages available for rental.
