Dining options include: The Restaurant is a comfortable, intimate setting for memorable fine dining meals from morning to night. In the summer, choose a table on the stone patio with its splendid views; In the winter, gather your party around the wood-burning fireplace. The Brasserie offers hotel guests and locals a warm and inviting setting to enjoy French and European-inspired dishes. Opened daily. The Garden Room The Garden Room is a welcoming place for our guests and neighbors alike. The Inn’s central gathering spot offers plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a casual menu inspired by the traditional roots of New England. Have a seat in one of the Inn’s wonderful antique Stickley chairs, or ease into one of our totally modern, cozily upholstered sofas. The Lawn offers casual light bites and chair-side service overlooking beautiful Quonochontaug Pond. Feast on spectacular views as you dine by the water, enjoying the freshest flavors of the season. Take a break from the beach for a snack and game of shuffleboard, or relax in one of our Adirondack chairs with an ice-cold cocktail and a classic New England lobster roll as the sunset illuminates the night sky. The Pond House is an exclusive, interactive dining experience, for up to six guests. It features a savory, locally sourced three-course menu for brunch or dinner. Guests enjoy delectable brunch selections, including fresh baked goods and cast iron frittata, or pond-to-plate or pasture-to-plate selections on skewers for dinner, all cooked or finished over the flames of a unique, finely forged grill inlaid into the dining table.
