Serving from 11-2 or until supplies last. The Burgundian specializes in making liege waffles. A liege waffle is different than a belgian waffle because it is crafted from dough, rather than batter. Picture a plate of buttery goodness, donuts, waffles and doughboys all mixed together - and it's finished with imported caramelized belgian pearl sugar. Sons of Liberty is happy to bring food trucks to South County throughout the year with our regular monthly Food Truck Night on Thursday Night. Enjoy your food and beverages outside with the food trucks or head inside and take advantage of the seating throughout the tasting rooms unique seating options (21+ only inside). Live entertainment will be provided at each event. Eat from your favorite local food truck or try something new...or maybe even eat at multiple trucks. The Sons of Liberty tasting room is 21+ after 5pm. Children and families are welcomed and encouraged to attend and enjoy the food trucks and outside activities.
