This limited-release cream stout, with a 6.5% ABV, presents a light hazelnut aroma complemented by a smooth, velvety body that leaves lingering notes of dark chocolate and coffee. The addition of fresh cold-brewed hazelnut coffee at the end of fermentation enhances its rich flavor profile. BeerAdvocate highlights its complex body and creamy mouthfeel, achieved through generous amounts of flaked oats, chocolate malt, and roasted barley, resulting in a thick tan head upon pouring. For those eager to sample this distinctive stout, visiting Whalers' taproom offers an opportunity to experience it alongside their other craft offerings.

After bottle conditioning for 2 months, they kept the carbonation true to style and very soft, for an incredibly smooth and decadent finish. Visitors to the  barn brewery can enjoy this standout stout in the rustic charm of the farm setting.
